PAYMENT TERMS
50% deposit required at time of booking with the
balance being payable 60 days prior to occupancy.
50% of deposit refundable up to two months of notification
of any cancellation.
Deposit non refundable for any cancellation within two
months of reserved occupancy date.
Refundable security deposit of € 200 required prior to occupation, against loss or damage to the property or contents.
